About Rebecca

Ballymaloe trained chef, Rebecca crafted her skills working in an award-winning artisan bakery in Ballinspittle.

Branching out on her own, Rebecca began a small catering business, supplying top quality catering services to clients for private functions and events.

Fast forward a few years, Rebecca went on to open up her own farm shop, situated on her Father’s farm, nestled in the rolling hills of Kilbrittain. Rebecca’s famous bakes became available to passersby along the Wild Atlantic Way.

Today, the shop also boasts a quaint cafe with beautiful views of West Corks waters, overlooking Courtmacsherry Bay.

While sweet treats and freezer fillers are still available to purchase in-store, Rebecca now offers a full brunch menu. The integrity of the cafe remains that of her work before – a recipe of fresh and local ingredients with family and community at its core.
